- Drilled through reinforced concrete floors and walls to run new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout facility.
- Exterior refurbishment included restoring 60-year old stucco, installing Vermont slate roofing, and fitting custom metal windows to existing and new openings.
- Built new units using state-of-the-art stucco façade and Anderson windows for a seamless match with 60-year old structure.
- Established new electric and sewer line infrastructure to serve entire development.
Responsibilities included supervision of work-site on six-acre property, estimates, document preparation for NY State Attorney General’s office, measurement and creation of mechanical as-built drawings, punch list management and completion.
