Construction Manager (CM) – Gribin Construction is generally relied upon as a Construction Manager. As CM, we serve exclusively as the client’s advocate. Gribin Construction has developed an outstanding reputation for effectively managing complex building projects and serving our client’s interests.
- During the design process - We provide technical and administrative oversight, providing the owner and architect with estimating and budgeting, planning and scheduling. Through value-engineering and competitive bidding, we find ways to maintain quality and design integrity while lowering costs and meeting completion dates.
- During construction - Gribin provides daily site and safety supervision, and continues to competitively buy materials and services. We keep the owner and architect consistently informed on construction progress and the latest cost projections.
- Until the project is complete - Gribin maintains its high standards until the project is completely finished and the client is totally satisfied.
General Contracting – For clients who do not require comprehensive project management and administrative services, but still demand superior quality and service, Gribin Construction can serve as General Contractor. Once plans and specifications are complete, we can manage all phases of construction on a total cost basis and supply our high-performance subcontractors.
Consulting – Our expertise is often called upon in situations that require experienced knowledge about construction. Gribin Construction can:
- Provide guidance for developing budgets and schedules during pre-construction. This service is especially useful for presentations to lending institutions and investors.
- Estimate the costs for remediation in situations when workmanship by others has failed to meet standards.
- Perform feasibility studies for the restoration or renovation of an existing property or a potential purchase.
- Serve as an intermediary or mediator between parties in a construction dispute.
